New commercial units for Church Street and Market Street
Plans submitted to Bolton Council could see new office space created on Church Street and an upper floor extension above a town centre clothing store
Two planning applications are aiming to bring additional commercial space to Westhoughton — one at 85 Church Street, next door to Adore Properties estate agents, and the other at 62 Market Street, above Liberty Bluff and next door to Hays Travel.
