Plans have been submitted to Bolton Council to turn two neighbouring units on Market Street into a single, larger restaurant under the name Capri.

The proposed development would merge 19 and 21 Market Street—formerly home to La Vita Coffee and The Chippy—into one cohesive venue. According to the planning documents (application number 20350/25), the combined space will include a new dining area, kitchen, accessible WC facilities, and a pizza oven installation.
